Shou Mei White Tea (Noble Long Life Eyebrow Tea) 350g cake

From Taimu Mountain, Fujian Province. So called because of its long, thin naturally withered crescent-shaped leaves. They are plucked later in the season, giving a darker colour and a naturally sweet, strong taste.


Our Shou Mei is pressed into cake form using stone moulds.  To make a brew, use a knife to get 3 grams tea from the cake, and put it into a pot or cup. Pour in 100ml of nearly boiling water, and brew for 15 seconds for the first brewing, and longer time for the following brewings. Shou Mei yields up to three good brewings.
